The German MAHLE Behr Group is a leading global supplier of components for the automotive industry and one of the leaders in the field of future mobility.

IPEC is the founder of the Senica Industrial Park as well as investor in the construction of production halls and R&D centre developing the site for MAHLE BEHR with a usable area of more than 30,000 m².

The new 13,000 m² production hall, which will be completed and put into use in autumn 2023, will provide 350 new jobs, increased flood protection for the municipality, as well as a publicly accessible green area and a landscaped park for relaxation and sports activities.

The facilities are being used for the production and research of automotive refrigeration equipment. The expansion of the MAHLE BEHR Senica production plant provides a total of 1,000 jobs, many of them for highly skilled workers.

Iniciácia a rozpracovanie projektu pre podporu malých a stredných podnikov v slovenských regiónoch posilňuje regionálnu infraštruktúru a ekonomickú konkurencieschopnosť. Vytvorenie digitálnej platformy PLADIS pre MSP je ďalším dôležitým prvkom. Slúži ako centralizovaný zásobník pre nástroje a služby, ktoré pomáhajú MSP v ich fungovaní, raste a rozvoji. Digitálna transformácia zefektívňuje procesy a zvyšuje dostupnosť informácií. Rozvoj malých a stredných podnikov v slovenských regiónoch je strategickým cieľom, dosiahnutým kombinovaným úsilím verejného a súkromného sektora. Implementácia projektu zahŕňa vytvorenie stimulačných programov a inovačných iniciatív na podporu udržateľného rastu a konkurencieschopnosti MSP na trhu.

Webstránka projektu

On a plot of 22 357 m2 in the Senec logistics park, a 6 463 m² building will be built in two phases. The first phase of 3 570 m², which is currently under construction, will house TERRASTROJ spol. s r.o., the exclusive distributor of JCB construction machinery, while the remaining space will be available for rent.

Construction of the first phase began in April 2023 and is expected to be completed in November 2023. The building is designed for maximum energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, using heat pumps instead of gas. The office part uses high-performance Trimo Qbiss One façade system, which is a cutting-edge modular prefabricated wall solution.

The TERRASTROJ part of the facility includes modern administrative offices, service rooms and an oil storage area. The hardened floor can accommodate 30-tonne JCB construction machinery. In addition, there is a dedicated wash area equipped with high-pressure cleaning systems. A spacious parking area in front of the hall will serve as a showroom for the machines on display.

D1 Center is a multifunctional centre in the heart of the business and logistics park near Senec. The park was co-founded by the Slovak real estate developer, IPEC Group in 2004. For several years the building has been a service centre for international investors in their efforts to expand into Europe. In addition to hosting international business conferences, IPEC as developer and manager offers 10,000 m² of commercial space for rent.

Since 2018, IPEC Group has been working on the revitalization of the building and its further expansion. D1 Center provides services for tenants as well as for more than 5,000 people employed in the adjacent logistics park. .
