To date, IPEC Group has carried out various types of projects with a total usable surface of more than 800.000 m2 and a value exceeding 500.000.000 €.

Description:
IPEC Group, a development group, builds for a German investor a research and development centre and production halls in an industrial park in Senica.

In the first stage, a research and development centre will be created here by partial renovation and an attached new construction of existing buildings, in which highly qualified engineers will find work.

The German manufacturer will lease the built capacities from IPEC for 15 years. The R&D Centre will be handed over to the user in August 2021.

In addition, the IPEC Group is preparing the construction of another (production) hall on the surrounding land for 2022.

Description:
The D1 Center is a multifunctional centre at the heart of logistics park near Senec.

Since 2018, the developer IPEC Group has been working on revitalizing the construction and its further expansion (the D1 Business Park project) and usage.

Covering a gross area of 10 500 m2, the centre offers also various units suitable for office premises, showrooms or smaller warehouses.

Other flexible units (approx. 4 000 m2) may be utilised by services retailing. The complex includes a large car park with a capacity exceeding 300 spots for tenants and visitors.

The D1 Center already offers various supplementary services not only to its tenants, but also to the 5 000 plus people who are employed at the logistics park and for the transit that passes through this area.

The large D1 Expo Congress & Event venue can be found at the core of the D1 Center.

The venue can host 900 guests (depending on seating requirements) on an area exceeding 1200 m2 in modern flexible premises ideal for conferences, exhibitions or corporate events.

Tenants and visitors alike can also make use of the coworking concept D1 Shared Office, home to 15 work stations with top quality office service available for short-term rental. The D1 Meeting Room is also available for rent as a conference room.

D1 Business Park Senec lies in the center of the largest logistics and business zone in Central and Eastern Europe, which includes more than 900 000 m2 of space, 70+ international and local companies with more than 5 000 employees.

D1 Business Park is located only 25 minutes from the center of Bratislava on the exit from the D1 motorway to Senec. An excellent location right in the center of the largest industrial zone allows quick reach of the entire region of Western Slovakia.

Land with a valid building permit is ready for immediate construction of hall A. The all-in-one concept will offer flexible spaces on an area of ​​7000 m2, which the client can divide and adapt to their needs. Modern business units can be used to operate a warehouse, shop, office or showroom in one space with parking directly in front of the operation.

D1 Center is located close to the planned construction, provides many useful services for tenants as well as existing business premises with flexible rentable units from 120m2.
